- DATA CONTROLLER. H3 CONSULTING, S. DE R.L. DE C.V. (hereinafter the “Controller”), with its tax domicile at Manuel Ávila Camacho 1903, Interior 600-A, Colonia Satélite, Naucalpan de Juárez, State of Mexico.
- PURPOSES. The “Controller” collects your personal data for any of the following purposes: (i) to provide you with specialized services; (ii) to inform and/or contact you regarding the status of the services you requested; (iii) to manage payments arising from the services; (iv) to set up and/or build a plan or strategy for the contracted services; (v) for the security of you and/or your company; (vi) for the purposes arising from the legal framework; (vii) to govern commercial operations and the exchange of information carried out by electronic means, and the way in which you express your consent; (viii) to issue invoices, among others.
If we enter into any transaction with you related to a service we offer, your Data will be used to fulfill the obligations arising from that legal relationship. If no transaction is concluded, the Data you have provided will be blocked and subsequently deleted.
Information that has been blocked may be kept for the period necessary to comply with legal provisions, such as tax or commercial provisions, and will subsequently be deleted.
- DATA COLLECTED. The personal data that the “Controller” collects from you depends on the purposes for which it is requested, when you provide it to us through various means so that we can provide you with a service. The data we obtain in this way may include, among others: identification and contact data, financial data and sensitive personal data.
Pursuant to article 8 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and article 15 of its Regulations, the processing of this personal data requires the express written consent of its owner, as it includes sensitive and financial data; you therefore agree to the use of your personal data for the processing described, based on the purposes set out in point 2 of this Privacy Notice.
- DATA TRANSFERS. Pursuant to articles 36 and 37 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, the Data may be lawfully transferred, for the Purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, to holding companies, subsidiaries or affiliates under the common control of the Controller, or to a parent company or any company of the same group as H3 CONSULTING, S. DE R.L. DE C.V. that operates under the same internal processes and policies.
- ARCO RIGHTS. To exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation or Opposition (ARCO rights) and to revoke your consent to the processing of your Data, you must submit a request at the address mentioned above or electronically to the following email address: info@h3c.com.mx
The following information and documents must be attached: (i) full name of the data owner, (ii) address, (iii) telephone number, (iv) a clear and precise description of the Personal Data for which you wish to exercise any of the ARCO rights, (v) documents proving your identity and/or legal representation by notarized power of attorney.
The procedure will be handled in accordance with the deadlines and stages established by Law.
- CONSENT. Where applicable, if you do not object to your Data being processed under the terms set out in this Notice, you will be deemed to have given your consent.
- COOKIES. Please note that our website may use cookies and other tracking technologies to obtain personal information.
- CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY NOTICE. The “Controller” reserves the right to modify or supplement this Privacy Notice at any time, making it available to the data owner on the website.
